Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise automated business processes using low-code platforms such as Nintex K2, n8n, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop and customise user interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Integrate business systems through RESTful APIs, webhooks, and OAuth authentication.
• Work with JSON, XML, and CSV data formats, with basic SQL/database interaction.
• Use Git for version control and support CI/CD deployment processes.
• Analyse existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve automation workflows.
• Implement, monitor, and enhance AI-driven automation solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, testing, updates, and maintenance for automation platforms.

Requirements

• 1–3 years' experience developing automation solutions using low-code platforms.
• Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• Experience with one or more automation platforms such as Nintex K2, n8n, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience integrating applications using RESTful APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
