Bonafide Human Capital (Pty) Ltd represents a premier motor dealer seeking a Financial Manager to drive fiscal discipline and strategic planning in a fast-paced dealership group based in Edenvale.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire financial function, deliver monthly management accounts, and partner with Sales and Operations to improve profitability while maintaining compliance and strong internal controls. Afrikaans proficiency is preferred for stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Manager / Senior Financial Manager role.
• Motor dealership experience of 5+ years is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full financial function across dealerships.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and internal controls.
• Oversee creditors, debtors, general ledger and asset management.
• Provide commercial financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
