Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Financial Manager role
• 5+ years motor dealership experience essential
• Strong commercial dealership experience incl. sales management, margins, incentives
• Experience with dealership accounting systems (EVOLVE) and financial controls
• Experience working with Dealer Principals and Sales Managers
• Ability to analyse sales performance, gross profit, margins, stock ageing and departmental results
• Strong understanding of dealership profitability and improving financial performance
• Proven experience leading and developing a finance team (min 5 staff)
• Multi-dealership experience an advantage
• Excellent analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• English and Afrikaans proficiency
• Valid Driver's License
• Clear verification record

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Manager / Senior Financial Manager role
• Motor industry experience to minimum 5 years' motor dealership experience - essential.
• Strong commercial dealership experience, including sales management, vehicle profitability, margins, incentives and rebates.
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems (EVOLVE) and financial controls.
• Experience working with Dealer Principals and Sales Managers
• Ability to analyse sales performance, gross profit, margins, stock ageing and departmental results.
• Strong understanding of dealership profitability and improving financial performance.
• Proven experience managing, leading and developing a finance team. Minimum of 5 staff
• Multi-dealership experience as an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be proficient in both English and Afrikaans.
• Have a valid Driver's License
