Bonafide Human Capital seeks a Financial Manager for a motor dealer client based in Fourways. The role requires at least 3 years of dealership experience and residence in the Randburg area. A salary of R55,000 plus incentives is offered.

You will oversee financial control, budgets, and general accounting functions, including management accounts and vendor settlements, with close collaboration with the Dealer Principal and Group Financial Manager.

Responsabilités

• Preparation of a monthly management account pack, ensuring all balance sheet reconciliations are complete.
• Monthly commission sheets prepared for all departments; signed by the departmental Manager and the Dealer Principal.
• Floorplan control and timely settlement of vehicles; optimization of interest-free units with Sales Manager and Controller.
• Monthly standard journals.
• Control of all OEM accounts and follow-up on outstanding amounts.
• Initial preparation of budgets with line managers; submitted to Group Financial Manager each quarter.
• Assist with presentation and review process to The Board.
• Co-operation with auditors; verify variable incentives/clawbacks to ensure alignment with OEM bulletin and sign-off by relevant managers.
• STATS SA submissions are completed.
