Job summary

This US-hours role features rotational night shifts with a night shift allowance, and transport provided for late shifts. Join a global BPM leader delivering services to 400+ clients across sectors.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience with BPM, customer service or back-office operations.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Understands how their work relates to others on the team.
• Ability to complete multi-step assignments.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual audits, validate entries and edit transaction logs.
• Attend or make calls to validate information.
• Ensure quick, efficient and accurate turnaround.
• Ensure all actions comply with data protection laws.
• Create email and text templates for common scenarios.
• Logged transactions count toward the target.
• Additional auditing to track high-volume or falsified activity.
