Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; a professional qualification such as CA(SA) or ACCA is mandatory.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing audit teams and engagements.
• In-depth knowledge of auditing standards (ISAs) and IFRS.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and risk assessment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
