Calibre is seeking a detail‑oriented Compliance Department Operations Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations, monitor audit workflow, track staff time and utilization, and maintain audit documentation. The role requires proactive follow‑up and clear communication with internal teams, clients, and external contacts.

You will manage time and utilization, assemble final audit reports, maintain databases, and ensure deadlines and reporting requirements are met in a fast‑paced professional

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Professional communication skills for internal staff, managers, clients and external contacts.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.
• Experience with audit administration, project coordination, or compliance operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor audit workflow and utilization metrics; ensure timely submissions.
• Assemble and deliver final audit reports per client requirements; generate engagement letters and status reports.
• Maintain audit database and document management systems; update templates as needed.
• Oversee check‑in/check‑out processes for field auditors; escalate overdue items.
• Prepare monthly reports on utilization, hours and audit production; track gaps and trends.
