Fidelity Services Group seeks a detail‑driven role to coordinate and reconcile ATM transactions across branches, ensuring accurate cash orders and daily balances. You will liaise with branches, clients and the National Reconciliations Manager, handling issues, reporting, and training on ATM processes.

The role requires strong Excel skills, administrative discipline and excellent interpersonal abilities to manage multiple stakeholders and tight daily deadlines.

Formación

• Understanding of the reconciliation process.
• Ability to coordinate branch supervisors and manage day‑to‑day duties.
• Strong administrative discipline and attention to deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and follow up on cash orders, packing schedules and redeposits between branches.
• Liaise with branches and clients for issue resolution and daily operations.
• Balance ATM devices daily and review branch capturing in the system.
• Maintain logs, escalate issues to the National Reconciliations Manager in a timely manner.
• Provide training on the Capitec ATM process when needed.
• Produce daily and monthly reports on cash orders, float returns, shortages or surpluses.
