Job summary

Fidelity Security Group is seeking a detail‑oriented reconciliation clerk to manage daily cash order processes, branch communication, and ATM balancing. You will monitor transactions, resolve issues with branches, and maintain accurate reconciliations, reporting to the National Reconciliations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow up on instructions to branches regarding cash orders, packing schedules and re-deposits.
• Liaise with branches to resolve issues in real time and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Monitor and review branch capturing from the I-Cash system.
• Balance ATM devices daily and provide feedback.
• Maintain logs and escalate issues to the National Reconciliations Manager.
