Fidelity Services Group is seeking a detail-oriented Forecasting & Planning Analyst to optimise cash centre float levels and ATM replenishment across national client sites. You will analyse historical ATM usage, forecast cash requirements, and coordinate replenishment schedules, aiming to improve service levels and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in forecasting, planning, logistics, operations or optimization.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with planning and optimization.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools will be advantageous.
• Experience in the ATM, banking, cash management or security industry will be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Place orders for cash centers and coordinate replenishment planning nationally.
• Analyse historical ATM usage to forecast cash requirements.
• Determine replenishment timing and cash quantities for ATMs.
• Develop and optimise replenishment schedules and routes.
• Coordinate ATM cash packing and loading with operations teams.
• Monitor service levels and identify opportunities to reduce trips and costs.
• Develop forecasting, planning and KPI reports to track performance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and risks for improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Cash Centres, Finance, IT and client teams.
