Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking an ATM Operations professional to load client ATMs daily, secure cash transactions, and address ATM faults. The role requires strong security awareness, reliable performance, and travel readiness to support ATM sites, with adherence to all procedures.

The ideal candidate has security industry experience, relevant certifications, and a valid driver's license. The position is based at ATM sites and involves daily on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• PSiRA accreditation with Grade C is required.
• Need SASP Competency certificate and a CIT certificate.
• Firearm training in handgun and rifle must be completed.
• Candidate must have a clear criminal record.
• Driver's license and own vehicle are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load client ATMs daily.
• Secure and account for cash transactions daily.
• Attend to ATM technical faults.
• Balance cash and ensure client assets are secure.
• Follow all key procedures at all times.
• Provide client interactions and assistance.

Job description

Reporting to the - National ATM Operations Manager

The above position is vacant at Fideliity Cash Solutions - Witbank reporting to the National ATM Manager (Operational). The overall purpose of this position is to load client ATM's and Assisting with other ATM Operational issues.

Minimum Requirements

• Clear criminal record
• PSiRA accredited at least with Grade C
• Complete firearm training in handgun and rifle
• SASP Competency certificate
• CIT Certificate
• Experience in security industry similar role
• Driver's license and own vehicle
• Computer literate

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)

• Loading off all ATM's on an daily basis
• Securing and accounting for all cash transactions on a daily basis
• Attend to all technical faults on the ATM's
• Balancing and accurate cash transaction handling
• Ensure all client assets and secured at all times
• Ensure all key procedures are followed at all times
• Complaint in Trans Track scanning operations
• Client interactions and assistance.
