Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in Retail Planning, Assortment Planning, or a similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with sales forecasting and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute assortment strategies using sales data, customer insights, and market trends.
• Optimise inventory levels to balance product availability and stockholding.
• Monitor product lifecycles and recommend product introductions, promotions, and discontinuations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage lead times and product availability.
• Analyse sales performance and recommend assortment improvements.
• Support pricing and margin optimisation initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour.
