Job summary

MPC Recruitment seeks an Associate Process Analyst to improve business processes within South Africa's financial services sector. You will test processes for efficiency, liaise with management to evaluate workflows, and collaborate with business analysts on process design and modelling.

The role is based at the Sandton head office, reporting to Team Leader: Process Analyst, within Enterprise Risk and Innovation. A strong mathematical background and IT degree are valued.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent, mathematics is essential.
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in this discipline.

Responsibilities

• Test business processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Liaise with management to continuously evaluate processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts to input to process design and modelling.

Education

Associate Process Analyst

This includes but is not limited to testing the business processes to ensure efficiency and productivity, liaising with management to continuously evaluate business processes, and collaborating with business analysts to provide input to business process design and modelling.

The position is based within the Enterprise Risk and Innovation division at the head office in Sandton, Johannesburg. This position reports to Team Leader: Process Analyst, who is accountable for Process Governance and support within Enterprise Architecture.
