Job summary

impact.com seeks an Associate Manager to oversee global statutory reporting and tax matters during acquisitions. You will lead audits across jurisdictions, coordinate with auditors, and ensure compliance while driving consolidation and integration of newly acquired entities.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal and IT teams, applying IFRS and GAAP expertise to strengthen controls and processes. A hybrid Cape Town role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
• CA(SA), CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee statutory statements in accordance with the relevant standards.
• Manage annual statutory audits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and local finance teams for timely audits.
• Ensure compliance with local filing requirements and reporting deadlines.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and implement updates.
• Lead cross-entity finance integration and standardize processes.
