Job summary

impact.com is seeking an Associate Manager (Statutory reporting, Acquisitions & Tax) to ensure global statutory compliance and oversee financial reporting for newly acquired businesses until full integration. The role partners with FP&A, Tax, Legal and Operations to implement robust policies and controls.

You will lead audits, monitor tax accounting, and drive process improvements through cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
• CA(SA), CPA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee statutory statements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage month-end close for acquired entities and ensure timely audits.
• Coordinate tax provisions and transfer pricing reviews with external advisors.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive automation in corporate accounting.
