About the role

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Civil Engineer in our accomplished water resources management team in Tshwane and Cape Town at an Associate level. • Fulfilling a leadership role in the water resources management team and the broader water market within Zutari, you will take responsibility for winning work, growing client relationships and managing resources towards achieving the Water Market goals as well as the overall Zutari strategy.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc Eng/BEng in a relevant civil engineering discipline complimented by a relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng.) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
• At least 10 years postgraduate experience in civil engineering.
• Comprehensive project management, quality assurance and project governance experience.
• Effective planning and time management skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor and manage people and have strong inter-personal and networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver work of outstanding quality.
