• Master's degree in relevant field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Conduct hydrological and hydraulic analyses, including flood modeling and water resource assessments.
• Prepare design reports, technical specifications, tender documents, and construction drawings.
• Manage project execution, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Oversee and mentor junior engineers and staff.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Perform site investigations and construction supervision for water-related projects.

• Proven track record of successfully managing water infrastructure projects of varying scales.
• Expertise in hydrological and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM, EPANET).
• Strong understanding of water quality principles and treatment technologies.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead project initiatives.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes in KwaZulu-Natal .
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits.
