• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements, supply agreements, and leases.
• Provide legal advice to clients on commercial law matters, regulatory compliance, and business structuring.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memoranda.
• Assist in due diligence for corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Support senior lawyers in managing litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Ensure client matters are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with professional standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant commercial laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the firm's business development efforts.
