Job summary

Mediclinic is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform and manage building and equipment upkeep in our Hermanus hospital. You will identify risks, coordinate with on-site contractors, and handle administrative tasks within the Technical Department, ensuring facilities meet safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have Grade 12 or equivalent vocational training, 2-3 years in general building maintenance, and a Code B driving license if possible.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (essential) or equivalent technical vocational qualification.
• 2-3 years’ minimum experience in general building maintenance (basic).
• Code B Driver's Licence is desirable.

• Identify and control risk in the technical environment.
