Job summary

Assistant Store Manager Power Fashion Grabouw is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, upholding housekeeping, merchandising and security standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

You will assist in staff management, oversee the cash office, minimize stock loss, and deliver excellent customer service. This role requires initiative, leadership and a proactive approach to achieve store targets.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or NQF4 is required; maths advantage is noted.
• Experience managing people and a department is preferred.
• Clothing retail experience is highly advantageous.
