Mr-Price-Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to cover store manager duties in their absence and help uphold store standards in housekeeping, merchandising, and security. You will support staff, enforce company procedures, and drive customer service across the front end.

In this role you will assist with staff management, implement sales initiatives to hit targets, and oversee cash handling and shrinkage controls while maintaining discipline and security across the store environment.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 (Mathematics an advantage) or NQF Level 4.
• Previous experience managing a department.
• Previous clothing retail experience would be highly advantageous.
