Qualifications

• Experience in retail store management or supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong team leadership and staff development skills.
• Knowledge of stock management, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive and promote sales by ensuring world-class customer service.
• Maintain outstanding store standards by following merchandising standards and pricing.
• Assist in stock receiving, stock counts, expiry date management, and stock condition.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team and foster the Ho Hola Culture.
• Manage cash handling including floats, daily banking, and cashier support.
• Oversee team performance through coaching and training.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and food quality standards.
• Analyze store sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and store security.
• Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
