Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking an experienced Assistant Lodge Manager for a luxury game lodge in Hoedspruit, Limpopo. You will oversee daily operations, uphold five‑star service standards, and support the lodge team to create memorable guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, solid financial acumen, and a passion for hosting. A relevant hospitality or management qualification is beneficial, with a focus on supervising high-end lodge operations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hospitality experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous lodge experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of 4/5-star lodge operations, including Food & Beverage, Front of House, Duty Management, and Hosting.
• Experience managing lodge finances, including budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Excellent customer relations skills and a genuine passion for guest hosting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Tertiary qualification in Management or Hospitality is beneficial.
• Professional presentation and well‑groomed appearance.

Responsibilities
