You will step into the General Manager's role when required, manage operational administration and stock control, and ensure high standards across the property in a remote lodge

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager on behalf of an exclusive luxury treetop lodge in Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape.

• Position: Assistant General Manager

• Location: Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape

• Property Type: Luxury Treetop Lodge

• Salary: R25,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the overall management and day-to-day operations of the lodge

• Maintain exceptional standards of guest service and hospitality

• Support the leadership and management of lodge staff

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across all departments

• Assist with staff training, development and performance management

• Oversee guest relations and ensure a consistently personalised guest experience

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in an Assistant General Manager, Lodge Manager or similar senior hospitality role
