Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial accounting or assistant financial controller role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily financial operations and accounting functions.
• Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations and management accounts.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure and financial performance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger transactions.
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to financial procedures.
• Collaborate with management to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
