Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyse, and present monthly financial results to management.
  • Timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts packs.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial and variance analysis.
  • Monitor, manage, and forecast short- and long-term cash flows.
  • Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct costing analysis to support production and profitability.
  • Review and improve financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and forecast cash flow and liquidity.
  • Review and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Drive compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Engage in product costing and provide insight on cost efficiencies.
  • Support audits and statutory reporting.
  • Maintain complete, accurate financial accounting records.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and perform variance analysis.
  • Ensure accurate application of IFRS in financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in preparation of annual financial statements and audit readiness.
  • Analyse and address stock variances as per monthly stock take.
  • Maintain and manage the fixed asset register.
