HotelJobs is seeking an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across the restaurant, bar and banqueting services in our hotel. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards and drive operational efficiency.

As a hands-on leader, you will supervise F&B staff, manage stock and inventory, oversee scheduling and payroll, and uphold hygiene and safety regulations while supporting cost control and revenue opportunities.
