Gauteng Provincial Government’s Department of Environment in Johannesburg seeks an HR professional to coordinate development strategies and policies, enhancing employee competencies and supporting strategic objectives.

You will monitor HR programmes, coordinate benefits practices, and ensure employment policies are implemented in line with SAQA-recognised qualifications. Closing date 09 November 2026.

Formación

• Matric plus an NQF level 6/7 qualification in Human Resource Management/Development or equivalent as recognised by SAQA.
• A minimum of 3 years in an HR environment.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, facilitate and monitor the implementation of HR development strategies, policies and programmes to enhance employee competencies, organisational performance, career development and skills capacity in support of the organisation's strategic objectives.
• Coordinate the implementation of conditions of service benefits and employment practices.
