Cre8work! is seeking a Loss Prevention and Compliance Officer to protect company assets, minimize losses and ensure policy compliance. The role requires a detail-oriented graduate with experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or related environments.

Responsibilities include monitoring risks, conducting audits, investigating discrepancies, and reporting findings. Strong MS Excel skills, integrity and analytical abilities are essential for success in this permanent role.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Risk Management or Compliance.
• Graduate-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, stock control or related environment is advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work with confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and identify potential risks, losses, theft, fraud and operational irregularities.
• Conduct regular compliance and operational checks to ensure policies are followed.
• Investigate discrepancies, incidents, stock losses and other irregularities.
• Conduct audits and inspections across relevant operational areas.
• Review stock movements, documentation and processes to identify discrepancies.
• Develop and implement loss prevention measures and ensure compliance with policies.
