Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a New Business Development Consultant for a client based in Centurion. Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
Relevant qualifications in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field will be advantageous.
Minimum 2–5 years' experience in business development, sales, asset finance, commercial finance, banking, or equipment finance.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Gauteng.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
Conduct cold calling, networking, and client visits to secure new business.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with equipment suppliers, dealers, brokers, and referral partners.
Present financing solutions tailored to client requirements.
Gather and assess client information required for finance applications.
Liaise with the credit department to facilitate efficient deal processing.
Negotiate terms and structures within company guidelines.
Ensure all sales opportunities are progressed effectively from lead generation to payout.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Identify emerging opportunities within construction, mining, transport, agricultural sectors.
Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry developments and customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Monitor pipeline performance and forecast future business opportunities.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted timeously.
Extensive travel throughout Gauteng.
Frequent client visits and dealer engagements.
Flexible working hours as required by business needs.
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle required.
