As part of a dynamic manufacturing team, you will collect data, analyze it, and support implementation of operational improvements, while learning lean tools and best practices in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, recent graduate.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing production and operations data.
• Support senior engineers in identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in time studies and work sampling activities.
• Help create process documentation (flowcharts, SOPs).
• Contribute to lean manufacturing tool implementations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project findings.
• Observe and learn on the shop floor and in team meetings.
• Support safety and quality improvement initiatives.
