Job summary

The President Hotel is seeking a Commis Chef with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen to join our luxury, high‑volume operation. A Matric certificate and a recognised culinary qualification are essential, with prior hotel or restaurant kitchen experience preferred to ensure quality across outlets.

You’ll assist with food preparation, mise en place and plating, follow recipes and HACCP standards, and support senior chefs during busy services.
