Job summary

Mediclinic Legae in Mabopane, Pretoria is seeking a highly skilled artisan to maintain equipment, plant and services on-site. You will perform technical tasks, handle administration within the technical function, and coordinate on-site contractor work to ensure safety and reliability.

The role requires a trade-test certification, a valid driver’s license, and SAQCC-Gas registration where applicable. Candidates should have 8+ years of multi-skilled artisan experience and prefer Mediclinic

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: More than 8 years of artisan (Fitter, turner, millwright, air-conditioning artisan) experience and multi-skilled

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: More than 3 years' Mediclinic experience

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Trade-specific skills and knowledge – proficiency relative to the role
• Trade-specific policies, procedures, guidelines, and relevant legislature
• Fault finding and troubleshooting
• Planned maintenance according to set Mediclinic standards
• Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (e.g. OHS and ISO)
• Multi-Skilled (Hospital environment)
• Mentoring of technical team members
