Job summary

MAZIV Group is seeking a skilled Network Supervisor to coordinate the network provisioning and maintenance activities across a defined region in the Western Cape. You will lead internal and external teams to ensure a high-quality, reliable network and proactively manage maintenance routines.

The role requires a strong track record in team leadership, incident management, and a technical background. You will oversee both planned and reactive work, optimize costs, and improve network performance

Qualifications

• Matric with a technical orientation.
• 4 years in a team leadership position.
• Preferably supervisory experience.
• Preferably a technical tertiary education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network provisioning to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to keep the network at top standards.
• Manage incidents from detection through resolution within service levels.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to meet network performance metrics.
