Job summary

TradeOn is seeking an Area Coach to develop people, lead performance, and drive brand standards across a portfolio of restaurants in Western Cape. The role starts with a supervised training phase in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town and progresses to full AC responsibilities upon successful certification.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of multi-site management, strong Excel and commercial acumen, and willingness to travel across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in supply chain, hospitality and/or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience leading large teams across multiple locations (180-350).
• Proven track record managing 5+ high-volume branches achieving KPIs.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead RGMs to build high-performing teams and deliver brand-consistent service.
• Identify and accelerate high-potential talent and maintain a leadership bench.
• Design employee engagement plans to improve retention.
• Set clear goals, provide timely feedback, and close skill gaps.
• Ensure safe staffing levels and uphold safety and labour standards.
• Audit CHAMPS/ROCC and ensure brand standards across restaurants.
• Drive brand initiatives, store marketing, and profitability within the region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PCL, leaders, and training facilitators.
