Qualifications

• Experience with residential and mixed-use developments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations for residential and mixed-use projects.

About the Role

Our client, an established architectural practice in Benoni, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their dedicated team. This role focuses on the technical detailing and documentation of residential and mixed-use developments, contributing significantly to projects across Gauteng. You will be responsible for translating architectural designs into precise construction drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring compliance with building regulations and construction best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent drafting skills, and a comprehensive understanding of building materials and construction methods. This is a key role within the practice, requiring close collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery in Benoni and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
