Placements24 is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a progressive architectural firm in Rustenburg, North West. The role focuses on translating concepts into detailed construction drawings and BIM/ CAD workflows for high-quality residential projects.

You will produce construction documents, ensure compliance with NBR and SANS, coordinate with engineers, and support tender documentation while staying current with building technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Technologist with a residential focus.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential; AutoCAD experience required.
• Strong knowledge of South African building codes (NBR and SANS).
• Experience producing detailed construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Requirements
