Qualifications
- National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural drafting and documentation.
- High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong understanding of building construction methods, materials, and services.
- Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a project team and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.
- Assist architects in developing design concepts and preparing tender documentation.
- Ensure technical drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to resolve technical queries during the construction phase.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and confirm compliance with design documentation.
- Manage and maintain the firm's drawing library and BIM models.
