Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, and specifications using BIM software and CAD.
• Ensure technical documentation complies with all relevant building regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues during design and construction.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and construction progress against drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction phase administration.
• Maintain and organize project drawing files and documentation.
