Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician in Rustenburg, North West, to translate architectural designs into detailed construction drawings and documentation. You will work closely with architects to ensure accuracy and feasibility, and you will ensure all drawings meet regulatory standards for the North West province.

Qualifications
- National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with other 3D modeling software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed architectural drawings including plans, sections, and elevations.
- Prepare technical specifications and schedules for building materials and systems.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers for constructible designs.
- Assist in tender documents and construction administration support.
- Conduct site inspections to verify dimensions and progress.
- Maintain project drawing archives and documentation.
