Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager for our Upington office. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of architectural projects, coordinating design, construction, and contract documentation while maintaining budget and schedule.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence on high-profile projects in the Northern Cape region.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard architectural software such as Revit.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of architectural projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

About the Role
