Job summary

dhk Architects in Cape Town seeks an Architectural Materials & Resource Coordinator to support its Knowledge Management function. You will maintain digital and physical knowledge resources, curate the Sample Library and assist project teams with finding materials.

This role requires strong organisation, digital literacy and collaboration across teams, with responsibility for uploading content, coordinating supplier information and helping staff access resources.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in coordination, administration, information management or related support role.
• Qualifications in Architecture, Interior Design, Built Environment, Information Management, Library Science or Business Administration are advantageous.
• Experience with product suppliers, materials libraries or professional services environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise digital knowledge resources, libraries and repositories.
• Upload, classify and update project information, research and reference materials.
• Apply established naming conventions, metadata and filing structures.
• Support the ongoing development and curation of knowledge resources.
