Placements24 is seeking an Architectural Interior Designer to blend architectural principles with interior design across diverse East London projects. You will lead space planning, material selection, and create detailed drawings and 3D visuals.

Collaborate with architects to integrate interior concepts with building design, source FF&E, manage budgets, and oversee implementation during construction. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe CS are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in architectural interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and space plans for various architectural projects.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to achieve design objectives.
• Create detailed interior design drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with architects and clients to ensure interior designs integrate with the building's architecture.
• Source and procure interior design elements, managing budgets and timelines.
