Placements24 is seeking a creative Architectural Designer to join its East London team on a hybrid basis. You will develop innovative design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings and 3D models, collaborating with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related design field.
• 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and visualization.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design talent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in-office and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present innovative architectural design concepts and schemes.
• Create detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Work closely with architectural technologists and project managers to ensure design feasibility and constructability.
• Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and virtual walkthroughs.
• Research and apply sustainable design principles and new materials in projects.
