Qualifications

• National Diploma or Certificate in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a focus on residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of residential building construction, materials, and methods.
• A portfolio showcasing residential drafting work is highly recommended.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Western Cape building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details for residential estates and custom homes using CAD and BIM software.
• Assist architects and designers in developing design concepts and producing presentation materials.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation are accurate, complete, and comply with building codes and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of disciplines.
