• National Diploma or equivalent in Architectural Drafting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Architectural Drafter, preferably residential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or other 3D modeling software is a strong advantage.
• Portfolio showing detailed drafting work on residential projects is required.
• Understanding of South African building regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations from design sketches and briefs.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to refine drawings based on feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and tender packages.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure efficient document management.
