Qualifications

• 5–7 years post-qualification experience in architectural design, focus on mixed-use/urban development.
• Demonstrable portfolio showing conceptual design and urban environment work.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts for mixed-use urban developments.

• Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualisations with industry software.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).

• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working in Gauteng , particularly on projects in the East Rand, is advantageous.
• A passion for creating vibrant and sustainable urban spaces.
• Professional registration with SACAP is preferred.
