Qualifications

• A recognised Architecture degree is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of architectural design experience, with exposure to mixed-use or complex urban projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of urban design principles for mixed-use developments.
• Knowledge of South African building regulations and planning processes.
• Strong conceptual design, communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the conceptual design and development of mixed-use architectural projects.
• Prepare design proposals, presentations, and visualizations for internal review and client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior architects, urban planners, and development managers.
• Assist in conducting site analyses, feasibility studies, and programming for mixed-use sites.
