• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Architectural Designer with a strong portfolio of commercial projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and rendering programs (V-Ray, Lumion).
• Excellent graphic and presentation skills and strong understanding of building codes and construction methods in SA.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs for commercial projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare high-quality design presentations with sketches, renderings, and models.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and consultants to define requirements and design solutions.
• Produce detailed drawings, plans and specifications for tender and construction.
