Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Architectural Designer in Durban to translate concepts into detailed plans and visualizations. You will work with senior architects through all design stages, from concept sketches to construction documentation, contributing to diverse projects in KwaZulu-Natal.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 1–3 years of experience, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in architectural design or drafting.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural drawings using CAD/BIM software.

• Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions and code compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants to integrate building systems.
